SOAP POWDER RECIPIENT
This kind of installations takes a measurer recipient of soap powder. This recipient is totally made in stainless steel and provides loads of soap powder, adjustable as customer liking, over a hot water tank. Mixing is self –regulating according to the bays demanded by this wash program, as more bays demanded more measuring needed and the other way around. The recipient has built into a vibrator to avoid that soap gets solid. It also has connected a propelled stainless steel bomb which provides mixing of water and soap from the recipient to the supply collector of the pressure groups. There’s also an injection bomb with electronic adjustment of liquid soap as second option.

PRESSURE GROUP
Pressure groups are fitted with an electric motor three-phase with insulation type F of 2,2 kw at 1000 r.p.m. for 10 l/min, and 3 kw at 1500 r.p.m. for 15 l/min, and a piston ceramics bomb made by HAP. Pressure equipment are fitted with a valve to adjust pressure, a manometer and a water intake collector. The bench for the bomb support is made in stainless steel.

Also in this bench, will be placed the supply collectors with all different kind of wash water. In all of them are installed electro valves of supply control, two of them are made of membrane for cold water programme and the other one is pneumatic, made in steel for hot water programme with soap, and this is for each pressure equipment. No-frost system is also connected to this collector. By the pipes runs hot water to avoid that circuit gets freeze when temperature falls more than 0º C.

GENERAL ELECTRIC PANEL
It’s a metallic watertight closet, with a window to visualize automaton, according to the regulations currently in force, with following elements:

LIGHTING AND WALL SOCKET
Fluorescent screens of 2 * 65 kw at wash bays ( 4 at closed bays and 2 at opened ones), into the machine room. They are directed by watertight switches (1 for each bay), but there can be installed an automatic lighting under swatch or switch control. Wall socket at electric panel, with earth.

ELECTRIC WIRING
All the wiring is made with electric hosepipes of aceflex for 1000 volts, outside are integrated into the structure and into the closet are on electric shelfs with top. All the connections and electric elements are totally watertight.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Lack of calcium and osmosis.
Without considering the technical feature of the water quality to produce and to adjust this work, now we show you the technical composition for the treatment equipment to know the quality of the water in an installation with three wash bays.
The purpose of this technical case is the production of high quality water using CALCIUM DEFICIENCY technical by IONIC EXCHAGE, starting from a water hardness of 40ºF.
The quality of the water produced finally can be adjusted from 0,5ºF (French Degrees), however is advisable a salt content (Ca + 2 y Mg + 2), HARDNESS, from 5 to 10ºF. To do this, there’s available a mixer by-pass.
The purpose of this technical case is the production of high quality water, by INVERSE OSMOSIS technical, starting from the maximum electricity wiring intake, of 715 uS/cm.
This system is able to produce 6000 L/day of osmotic water by membrane fitted in model ESPA2 80/40, with a final quality of 20 uS/cm approximately.
Water treatment systems that Sistemas de Limpieza HAP design and make always over stainless steel bench, have possibilities to increase the production, moreover to dispose a mixer system, through we can obtain final quality water, requested all time.

There’s a clear glass of 20’’, connection of 1’’ with a disposable spark plug of 25 micron. Maximum pressure for working: 8 bars.
Calcium deficiency filter
For example:
The hardness of water is 40 french degrees, what means that it is 400 grammes of calcium carbonate for each m (1.000 litres).
Each litre of resin takes 60 grammes of calcium carbonate.
Each 100 litres are 60x100, that is 6.000 grammes of hardness.
6.000/400= 15m, that is, 15.000 litres per bottle before each regeneration of the resins.
15 x 8 maximum regenerations every day = 120m of the total filtration capacity of the system. So, we can generate a maximum of 5.000 litres per hour. For each regeneration it will spend 180 grammes of salt per litre of resin, that is, 100 x 180 = 18.000 grammes of salt on each regeneration. |

SUPPLY GROUP AND DEVICES

The mains (recommended for this installation but not included in this offer) will be installed only when a lung cistern of water main could be placed.
Softened water (according to consume): This supply group will be installed only when a warehousing cistern of softened water could be placed.
Osmotic water: this group must be always installed as production of osmotic water is below consume request.
Cisterns: the water tanks have a tight capacity for each installation. Shapes and models are as customer requests. |

The machinery room will be closed by each side with 2 screens and walls made of the same material as the divisions. On the front of the room there’s a door to access into. |
